Nathan Caffley is a Bristol based 2D Animator and Filmmaker who has recently

completed his final year as an Animation student at the University of West England

(UWE). He has a strong passion for the art of storytelling, often drawn to stories

grounded in depicting the human experience and relationships on screen. He has

gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of the filmmaking process, having

worked on several 2D animated student projects and live briefs. For the last number of

months, Nathan has been working on his graduate short film, ‘Sentenced’, a film

depicting the soured friendship between two prison cellmates
